i have 2lots of land that i own.my daughter and her husband live on the front lot. i live on the back lot.i had the house built befour they were married.but now i want him ermove from my proity.all he dose is cause trouble. icall the police they told me that ther was nothing that i could do. he beat my daughter up real bad. i want to know what i have to to get him off my land

You will have to give him 60 day's notice to leave the property. And if doesn't leave by then, you can file a dispossessory (eviction) with the magistrate or state court.
