I went to a car dealer to purchase a vehicle sign the contract put a $1000.00 down and decided the deal was not a good one and wanted to cancel the deal the next day because of the high apr, the Manager of the dealership told me I could not break the contract. I did not drive the vehicle off the lot just decided I did not want this vehicle, what is my legal right when it comes to vehicle purchase. Thank You

Re: Vehicle Purchase
Sorry, but you have no legal right to cancel the contract. The three-day cancellation usually applies where someone comes to you, like a door-to-door salesman, rather than you going to their place of business.
Re: Vehicle Purchase
Once you signed it's too late to back out (an exception: a handful of dealers write a grace period or money back guarantee in their contract).
