Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

My boyfriend has a narcotic conviction in another country from 13years ago. He moved to the US and lived here for almost ten years and when he going through his naturalization process, it showed up that he had never done the time for his conviction. since then he has gone back to switzerland and serving his time which will be up in July. Before he left we were planning a wedding but now I don't know if he will be able to come back to the US. What are the chances of him being able to return.

You or your boyfriend need to consult a U.S. immigration lawyer for an advice (off the public forum). It's impossible to advise you through the public forum without knowing more about the conviction and your boyfriend's immigrant history.

I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need legal advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you.

Contact email address: Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com or LubaSmal [@] yahoo.com . Or you can TEXT a request for a consultation with an Attorney to 1-402-238-1238.

Note: The above response is provided for legal information purposes only and should not be considered a legal advice; it doesnt create an attorney-client relationship. If you would like to request a follow-up confidential advice on your specific situation and regarding U.S.A. immigration-related issues, we can offer a paid consultation by telephone or email to clients from all States and globally. Please visit our website http://www.law-visa-usa.com/contact_us.html for more details.
