Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Hi, my brother was banned from the U.S. about 10 years ago due to criminal activity but nothing too serious. He did have a few marijuana possessions. He is from the British island St. Kitts but currently residing in Canada working. He hasn't been in trouble with the law since. I am wondering if he can ever return to the U.S. and if so, what steps would we need to take?

That is not an issue for a message board. See an immigration lawyer.
He will need to apply for a visa. A type of visa is decided based on the reasons for a visit to USA. Whether a visa will be issued or denied would be up to the US consul. If it's been less than 10 years, a waiver will be required too.
You should definitily consult a qualified immigration attorney (and have his certified court record reviewed).
