my brother will be citizen next year and he wants to sponor our parents from india for greencard after that.

question..my parents have applied for visitor visa from india several times and got rejected everytime. they have never showed my brother on their application..now at the time of applying greencard will there be a problem as to where has this son came from when he was never on your application of visitor visa ..pls advise if they can still come
