Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I'm a US Citizen residing in Georgia and I'm being threaten to pay child support payments by the mother of a 12 yr old girl that I'm recently having serious doubts that I fathered. The girl and her mother are Bahamian citizens, born in Nassau.

Q: Is it too late to have a paternity test done?

Q: Can wage garnishment & child support be enforced considering it's an international issue?

Q: Does my name and signature on the initial Bahamian birth documents commit me as the parent or can I still request a paternity test?

any help is appreciated.

This is a question of Bahamian law (not USA law), and you need to consult a Bahamian family & divorce lawyer.
