Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I have family members who have left Iraq to Syria and have obtained a "Refugee Certificate" from the "United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees", UNHCR, since May 2009. How can I expedite the process of relocating them to the US? The family consists of my uncle, his wife and three children. Kindly advise.
Many thanks,
Saad

If they received status of refugees in Syria and have been firmly resettled in Syria, I don't believe that they can be relocated now to the USA.
For all refugee resettlement questions you should contact UNHCR and similar organizations.
