Yes, my question is if my blood sister can help me with my status, I'am a illegal inmigrant living in the U.S. and my sister is a U.S citizen. She will turn 18 yrs. in a few months, is there any law that can help me. I have been living here in the U.S. since I was 4 yrs. old. I'am married, can she still fix to help my situation.? Thank You.

Is your husband a U.S. Citizen? It would be best if you allowed him to file for you.
No, unfortunately, she will not be able to help.
First of all, a US citizen sister has to be over 21 years of age, and secondly you will have to wait many years for your visa number (min of 9 years for most people). Also, you have to be eligible for adjustment of status (which is a separate eligibility criteria).
Is your husband a US citizen? Have anyone ever petitioned for you, or your parents when you were a child?
