Most likely, you will have to go back to Mexico and apply for an immigrant visa and a waiver at the US Consulate in C. Juarez. Because you came or were brought to USA illegally (and if no petition was ever filed on your behalf or your parents' behalf), you will not be eligible for an immigration process called "adjustment of status". It's irrelevant that you were a child at the time of illegal entry, under USA immigration laws.
You should not file any petition with the USCIS/DHS until you discuss your situation and legal options with a qualified immigration attorney (not a "notario' or "specialist").

You'll likely need to apply for a K-3 spouse visa in conjunction with an immigration waiver.
