Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Having previously sponsored a woman through marriage, and now divorced, can I sponsor a new wife? Are there any time constraints or waiting periods? Somewhere in the many USCIS forms I saw something about this but cannot find it now.

Yes, you can. You have to be able to show an income high enough to sponsor both of them (assuming that your ex-wife is not a USA citizen yet). Also, be prepared that your case will be subject to a high scrutiny on account of a possible marriage fraud.
