Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I recently married my fiancee who came to the U.S. with a K-1 Fiancee Visa. (She and I are both divorced from previous marriages). We are in the process of completing her I-485 along with her biological minor children who came with her to the U.S. as well. Regarding the documents required for submission with the I-485 for my wife and her two dependent children, is there a need to include both of our divorce decrees with the I-485 packet ? Also, on Part 3 A of the I-485 it asks for the father's name. On the I-485 for each child, if I list my name as the stepfather for her two children, if I need to only list the name of her children's biological father, or if I can list my name as stepfather and the father's name together ?

These are very case-specific questions, and should be addressed in private and off of the public forum. You didn't specify if you were the petitioner under the Fiancee visa petition, as this is very important. I'll answer some of the questions.

Yes, you must submit copies of your and your wife's certified divorce decrees. If needed, a certified English translation should be submitted as well.
