Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

After submitting all paperwork for my wife's green card this past spring, our marriage has changed for the worst and we are now seeking a divorce . My question is can the support on the paperwork by myself and my parents be withdrawn? To stop the process , What can I do?, she only married me for the process,

Sorry to hear about this situation. Yes, the process can be stopped and financial support can be withdrawn - provided that her adjustment of status application hasn't been approved yet.

If you already had an interview and her green card was approved, then it'd be too late.

I suggest, you consult a knowledgeable immigration lawyer.
