Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Im on a temporay green card and applying to get the permanent one through my mom, she got married before I turned 18 now I'm 19 .Her marriage didn't have enough evidence and they denied the green card and they said we'll get deported. I'm about to marry a US citizen and its true love. We have been together for over a year now. If I marry him before I get my deportation am I able to stay in the US?

Marriage to a USA citizen by itself can't prevent deportation. However, it may give you a chance to fight deportation and apply for permanent residency.
What exactly was denied, the I-751?
