Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

my wife recently got interviewed by the USCIS to remove condition on her I-175 visa, she was niether approved nor denied but was extended 90days, what will happen during these 90 days? and if she is denied, will I be arrested?

Did you and your wife file a joint I-751 petition, and were interviewed jointly/together?

If she is denied, she will be placed in removal proceedings.
