Hi, I was in a house fire during the 1980,s with my family, where several family members also died, I never got compensated for that or help,

As sad as that is, there are statutes of limitations in which you need to make claims, some as short as a couple years, and none that encompass 30 or so years. So you're obviously way past the time for claims. Your time to act, if there was a claim at that time, and you haven't said why there was,was in the 1980s.
