vehicle wreck
my son was in a wreck without injuries,not his fault.other drivers insurance wants to settle ,do we have to take the offer?

You don't have to take the offer. However, you didn't state what the damages were you were claiming (repair, decrease in value, lost wages, etc.)
You may want to take advantage of a free or low consultation with an attorney in your area before talking with the insurance company again to determine if the offer is fair.
