Legal Question in International Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia, and I'm in the navy. Over three years ago while I was stationed in Italy, I had a one night stand. She never told me about a pregnancy, and I was already back in the states when she finally told me that she has a 1 year old daughter that is mine and that I need to come back to Italy to be with her. I told her that won't happen but let's take a dna test and if she's mine I will take care of her. She won't take the test. She has looked up my family and has been calling them, she has called me and emailed me over and over about taking care of this child, she has called my command on base trying to tell them to make me go to Italy and be with her. She has been to the states since then to visit other navy men and still refuses to take the paternity test while she's here. My question is this - Is there anything I can file against her to either make her take this dna test or make her leave me, my family, and my job alone?

If she and the baby are in Italy, child custody and DNA testing seems to be a matter for Italian court. You may want to consult an Italian lawyer about parental rights and under what circumstances can you request her to have a DNA test of the child.

As you said, it very well might be that this child is not yours, especially considering mother's lifestyle, history of one night stands, visiting other Navy men in USA (and possibly claiming child support from other men as well?), refusing to have a DNA test.

As to her harassing you and your family, there is an option of applying for a Protection Order (in American court) if you feel that it's necessary. If she is in USA and found in violation of the order, she can be arrested.
