Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I accepted a job offer via email on 10/17 and rescinded via email on 10/26, will I be sued based on the statement below in the offer letter?
"As discussed and in the event you will decide to make a career change you agree to provide, at a minimum one hundred twenty (120) days notice."

Any can sue for anything, but it is highly unlikely that statement will lead to a claim. Offer letters are rarely contracts. Of course, we don't have the letter or other documents.
