Contract

Me and my boss signed a contract and it was for 4 months. She quit the buisness and is now neglecting to pay whats left on the contract. What should i do?

There are facts that you omitted that will determine the proper course of action.

Did your boss own the business?

Was the contract signed on behalf of the business in her capacity as an owner or officer with authority?

Is the business still operating?

What is in the contract relating to terminating the contract before the 4 months?

All those questions must be answered before I can begin to guide you.
