Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am being demoted at work from a lead position to a regular employee, both hourly jobs, for something I allegedly said outside of work. They are changing my hours as well as giving me me a pay cut. An investigation was supposedly done, however not everyone that was there, was investigated. I believe i am being singled out. No other disciplinary actions were taken against anyone one else.

Do you have a question? There is no right to any job at all, and absent a contract stating otherwise employees can be terminated for any or no reason at all (with few exceptions for discromination). From your post, you have an internal employment issue, not a legal issue. Otherwise, you leave us to guess what you said, why you were singled out, etc.
