What can i do when i was fired from my job and my former employer is telling the unemployment people that i quit, and now they are denying me unemployment benifits?

After receiving a disqualification notice from the Department of Labor, you have 15 days to file an appeal and request a hearing. At the hearing, you can testify, call witnesses and present evidence to prove that you did not quit. If you do appeal, I would recommend that you retain an attorney to represent you at the appeal.
