Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I feel i was wrongly terminated from my job. I informed my boss that i saw my manager take a bottle of champagne on video from our liquor room, which he had done before and had been written up for doing so. she looked at the tapes, agreed that based on her writing him up just 5 weeks prior, she would terminate his employment. when asking him about it, he said that it was a free bottle of liquor that had been donated for a special party, and it should have been okay for him to take it. after discussing it, and her thinking about it for a day, she felt that he shouldn't be fired and that i lied to her about it being a bottle that was ours. she felt i was just making it up to get him in trouble and said that she felt we couldn't work together and fired me. he has been written up several times for different things, stealing liquor being just one of them.

Employees can generally be terminated for any or no reason at all (with very few exceptions for unlawful discrimination that are not raised in your post). Who was right or wrong, and what is or is not fair, are generally not relevant (as far as any legal question).
