Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
in Ga. can an employer write a employee up for an incident and state on the write up if this occurs again the employee will be suspended for 3 days then in turn suspend the employee for 7 days without the incident occuring again and without even notifying the employee that they have been suspended?

That is an internal employment issue not a legal issue. Employees can generally be terminated for any or no reason, with no advance notice. A suspension is a better option, though you might be wise to start looking to work elsewhere.
