Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I live in Georgi. I just got fired from my job on Tuesday. Today my ex boss text me saying he was going to reduce my hourly rate to minimum wage from my current hourly wage of $13 per hour wage I was making. My question is can he legally reduce my wage to minimum wage of my final paycheck?

No he cannot reduce your wage rate for the hours that you already worked. He must pay you the old wage rate for all the hours worked up to the time he told you he was changing your pay rate. You can sue him for the difference in your pay rate multiplied by the niumber of hours that you worked in your last pay period.
