Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am paid bi-weekly and was strong armed into signing a paper saying If my time sheet wasn't signed it would be another two weeks before i am paid. Can my boss hold my pay for another two weeks?

Perhaps, if you did not complete your time sheet correctly and on time (you chose to leave out those details).

Georgia, unlike many states, does not have a law that dictates how often or when employers must pay employees their wages. Federal law (FLSA) requires that wages be paid "when due". Normally this means by the next scheduled pay period, The FLSA does not require that the wages be paid within a certain amount of time after the services are provided, but federal courts have held that wages are unpaid (and hence the law is violated) if they are not paid on the next scheduled pay period.
