If a person is suspected of drug or alcohol abuse at work and sent to a clinic for test then termination, does employee have a right to a copy of the results of the test?

No, unless a contract or company policy allows them to.

Assuming that the employer is a private rather than state or local government entity, the results of the test, paid for by the employer belong to the employer alone. There is no "right" of a private employee to obtain the test results. They would become available to the employee in litigation however.
