Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I had to quit my job because they cut my hours from 40+ to 10 - 15 hrs a week? Do I qualify to collect unemployment in this case in the state of GA? Thanks

Why did you "have to quit?" You can apply for it (since obviously no one here can answer something on behalf of the GA DOL), but the first question is why are you not working 10-15 hours a week, with plenty of time to look for other employment. While in some cases the reduction in hours might kick in some benefits, you'll have a hard time answering that and getting a check for not working when it was your choice. Many other people probably would like to have that 10-15 hours of work, rather than expecting a check for not working.
