Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Reverse Sexual Discrimination

My boss is a female and has on several occasions, hummilitated me in front of my coworkers. I have done nothing wrong to deserve this but I believe she has something against men. There are only 3 men in our office and I'm the only one around her enough for her to take her aggressions out on. I would not say anything but this is the third time she has done this. I've always done what she has asked of me. I have a life threating illness and she uses this against me because without my health benefits, I wouldn't be here today. I would like compensation for the mental anguish she has put me through and being humiliated in front of my coworkers. Do I have any type of recourse?

We do not know what was said. The best option is to see a lawyer who specializes in employment litigation from the plaintiff's side (not just a lawyer on here or elsewhere who offers to take any case in any area of law). An experienced lawyer can provide you with a solid, qualified opinion - probably free of charge for an initial meeting. Keep in mind that your case will have to be much more than "I believe she has something against men," or a situation where a boss/employee simply do not get along. There is no payday for just that.
