terminated for medical reasons
I was recently terminated because my doctor had me out of work for heart problems..my supervisor called me one day and asked me to resign and that i would be rehired after doctor released me.i refused to resign and they terminated me for medical reasons is this legal??

Generally, unless you have a contract that sets out a term of employment, you are an at-will employee and may be fired for almost any or no reason. There are a few exceptions, but they wouldn't apply in your situation.
