Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I get off work at 10:15 pm and have to be back at 7:00 am. Is this legal in Georgia?

Yes it is legal. Not everything that is stupid is illegal. Unless you have some medical condition that prohibits you from rotating shifts (which apparently is what you are doing), the employer's decision on your hourly schedule controls.
