I worked in fast food where I purchased merchandise out of my own pocket like company phone, cheese and ice never to be reembursed. I also worked off the clock numbers of times along with witnessing promised employee a position by working three days. Employers where never hired and paid. Last I work every postion in store including management but Im not being paid. What can I do

There are several issues in your question that are unclear and difficult to answer.

However, it is clear that if your employer's management required you to work "off the clock," or any time without paying you, you may have a claim against the company for unpaid wages under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. Under this law you can sue the employer for the unpaid wages, plus a similar amount as liquidated damages, plus interest on the unpaid amount, plus the employer has to pay your attorneys fees if you win. There is a statute of limitations on the claims You have to bring the suit within 2 years of the date that you worked without being paid, or within 3 years if the employer's violation of the law is willful. In cases like these we have been very successful in showing that the employer's violations of the FLSA were willful ones.
