Look at your lease. What obligations to you have to pay for pest treatment?

How long is your lease? Does your apartment complex have a right to give you a certain amount of notice to end the lease early?

All these questions are important. If these answers aren't readily apparent from your lease, take it to an attorney as soon as possible.

Since you don't tell us who caused the bed bugs, no one here can answer. Did you bring in an infested bed? Surely the complex gave you a reason they are charging you, because you obviously would have asked, but you did not tell us their reason.
