break into auto

i live in senior housing,my auto was broke into, who is responsible for

damage?

Other than the person who broke into your vehicle, in general, the vehicle owner is responsible for damages to the vehicle. Insurance may cover any loss or damage you sustained.

There are a few exceptions to the rule about vehicle owner responsibility. I have experience in premises liability and practice in the Atlanta Metro area. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you further.
