Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My brother is getting a divorce. They are living in a house my mom owns. My brother moved out a month ago but wants to move back in after the divorce (or before if there's a way to get her out). How do we remove her from the house? They don't pay rent.

Follow the eviction process to the letter of the law, or it all starts all over again and takes a couple more months. A local lawyer who regularly handles them can get it done at a reasonable price. Of course, an agreement with her to move is a good option (as long as it is backed up with the appropriate legal notices).
