Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
What can I do in my commercial landlord has breached an addedum agreement on our lease which we took possession in good faith that the items would be handled. It has made it impossible to do business without those repairs. It has been months which I have paid in full but still get excuse after excuse why he has been unable to repair.

Depending on the terms of the lease, you may have a valid breach of contract claim against the landlord for failure to abide by the terms of the addendum. Have a local attorney familiar with commercial landlord-tenant law review the documents an discuss your options.
