How to get my deposit back from renter?
I paid a $600.00 deposit when i moved in the house. While i llived there i made several improvement It has been almost two months and i havent been able to get my deposit back. What can ido.

The landlord is required to either return your security deposit or provide an itemization on any amounts spent within one (1) month of your move-out date. Since you state that it has been two (2) months, you will probably have to file suit in magistrate (small claims) court against the landlord.
