Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Georgia renters rights
3 months ago my family moved into a rental home featuring 2 hvac units. Only 1 unit is working. The landlord has been aware that the other unit was not working since we moved in and has still not yet repaired the unit. As temperatures are now over 100 degrees, what are our rights as tenants in getting this problem resolved?

Re: Georgia renters rights
Assuming the landlord is responsible for repairing the AC, you may move out because the landlord breached the lease by failing to repair the AC.
