Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I went without heat from 1-6 through 2-9. My landlord who lives in the house was made aware of the situation on the 6th through text. Let me clarify, we had heat downstairs, but not upstairs where he bedrooms are. She was out of town from 1-5 to 1-23 when she said she would have it fixed. It wasn't fixed until 2-10. Also, I had been released from the hospital for pneumonia on 12-26. What are my options?

You had heat in part of the house, and it is now fixed, correct? Ask for rent credit for your inconvenience. Otherwise, it is not clear what you expect if the problem was fixed.
