Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
The length of the term of my lease reads from September through September, no.day or year is indicated. No where in the lease does state a term of months or years. I have been there 6 months. Can I leave now, after giving proper notice?.

The lease would have to be reviewed to properly advise you.
However, with the information you have provided, you can tell the management company that you signed a month to month lease and you are giving notice. Of course, the company may argue that you signed a year lease and you owe early termination fees (assuming it's in the lease). Thereafter, if you move out, the company may or may not sue you or keep your security deposit.
Therefore, if you decide to move out, you should obtain a release from the management company.
