Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
letter to magistrate court
How do I write a letter to the magistrate court in response to a debt I owe on a lease space I no longer have. I am willing to pay but I cannot come up with the total amount all at once.

Re: letter to magistrate court
You don't write a letter to the court; you file an answer or some other response depending on what is filed by the plaintiff. If you fail to file and answer, you might loose by default.
