rent to own property

rent to own property to a friend under the agreement that she changed it over to her name in a reasonable amount of time, five years later she has not. We are having trouble with her as a neighbor Can we evict her? We hold deed to land, mobile home is not paid for. She has been paying payments.

Depending upon the agreement, you may be able to evict her. You will have to have an attorney look over your agreement with her to get the advice you need. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, you can see if Legal Aid will help you for free or refer you to an attorney who may help on a pro bono basis.
