Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am a renter of a basement level apartment in an Atlanta (Dekalb County) house that is being foreclosed on. What are my rights? Do I still have to pay rent to my landlady who has obviously stopped making the mortgage payments? Who should get my money? Will someone from the bank buy me out of my lease?

You have an obligation to pay rent unless and until a foreclosure. You don't get out of it because something might happen in the future, though obviously you should keep tabs on what is going on. As far as "buying you out" of your lease - no. After a foreclosure, the buyer can ask you to leave and seek eviction if you fail to do so.
