Tenant and landlord

My landlord is trying to sue me in court for default alledging that I did not give notice. My landlord did not sign my lease where his name was however his agent did . Is the lease enforceable.

We do not know the facts and details, but generally, that is what agents do - they act on behalf of another person. The more important questions the COurt will have - Did YOU sign the lease and comply with YOUR agreements?
