Zoning Violation
If I am currently on a lease in the R-3 district (Morningside Community) of Fulton Co (Atlanta, ga) with three other non-related persons. Can a Zoning Ordinance violation void a lease? If multi-family is living in single family dwelling, the violation will terminate the lease?
