Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Dental/Medical Malpractice

Hi, 2-3 years ago i got 16 teeth removed by recommendation of my dentist of ''Partial dentures'' instead of full dentures, he did not take X-rays before this procedure. Now every dentist i go to says i need full dentures but i cannot afford to fix the mistake he made due to his X-ray vision. I've asked him what to do as well as 3-4 other dentist his response was 3 times more of an ammount than originally charged for what he did, and the other dentist say that it would take weeks of driving down the infection, and still the same end result would be full dentures which i cannot afford. Is there something i can do about this? Do i have a case since the dentist refused to take any x-ray cause of his arrogance and want to save money.

You may have a case, but it is a complicated process. Consult with a local attorney.
