Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
Biased Opinions on Prior Jobs
Can the armed forces, specifically the Navy, refuse an applicant based on previous employment? For example: stripping. Even though it is legal, could it prevent someone from becoming an aerospace engineer for the U.S Navy?

If a security clearance is required for the position you are seeking, this behavior pattern could be shown to be a potential reason for denying the security clearance and thus employment.
