auto accident

I owne a truck and want to let my brother use it if he registers it and insures it can i be sued if he gets in a wreck

Talk to your insurance agent. It may be that your brother would be covered as a "permissive driver". Be sure and tell the agent all the circumstances under which your brother may be using the vehicle. Also, you may want to raise your liability coverage and have your brother reimburse you for the extra premium cost.
