Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Car Accident

I was hit in the back, the other driver got ticket. I filed with my insurance co. which doesn't want to cover all my expences. His insurance co. claims it was partially my fault. My insurance co. made me to give recorded statment and suggested I don't talk with his indurance co., later they called me and said I have to give recorded statment to his insurance co. Am I obligated to do so? How get I get all my expenses and medical bills covered?

Re: Car Accident

Hello - I am sorry to hear about your situation. You are not obligated to give a recorded statement it is a method the Insurance Company will use to get information from you regarding the case but it is certainly not manditory. If you give my office a call we can discuss ways in which your case may be handled.

Re: Car Accident

When you talk to insurers yourself you almost always damage your case. You may have already done so. Stop talking to them and retain counsel immediately.
