Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Personal Injury - Auto Accudent

Good Day - -

I was involved in an auto accident a yr ago in GA. I was cited for ''failure to yield'' but I was also injured in the accident. The manner in which the accident occured would not have been preventable. I've been to a chiropractor and a physcian for several weeks of treatment some of which was paid for by my insurance co. I realize that I may be asking a rediculous question since I was considered to be at fault, but would I have a claim for damages in this instance?

Re: Personal Injury - Auto Accudent

Does not sound like a case at all.

Sorry, liability is the test and it sounds like you have no case.
