Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Can I claim personal injury on children?

I have a four year old a three year old and a one year old. All three of them were in a wreck with me, they did not really tell me too much about if they hurt or not, but I noticed a difference in the way they acted. They didn't sleep as much, sometimes they miss a meal. They just act diferent. If you can help I really thank you.

Since you left out all the relevant facts there is no way to answer what legal claims there are. If you think the children are hurt, as a parent you have a responsibility to IMMEDIATELY get them medical care and not guess. If they were injured, and if another party is at fault, and if the accident is less than two years ago, then see a lawyer (well before the two years elapses).

You most certainly have a claim for injuries to the children. However, you must, ASAP, get them to a doctor and get them diagnosed.
